Third Party Review

When a client requires an expert evaluation of the findings, conclusions, or recommendations made by another environmental firm or wants to verify that another firm’s work product was completed in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, G|E|M conducts a peer review. G|E|M’s team of environmental professionals provides these reviews for a variety of reports, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs, Transaction Screen Assessments (TSA), Record Search with Risk Assessments (RSRA), and Site Remediation Reports (Site Cleanup). A G|E|M peer review is the most effective way of making sure that your liability is protected, that unnecessary work is not performed at your expense, and that you receive the work product that you actually paid for.
